Instructions for Baked stuffed pork tenderloin
To prepare the Baked stuffed pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sheds fillets must of sinew and membranes. Inserts a cut half of each tenderloin lengthwise and bank them flat with hand root. Rub lightly with salt and pepper. Brown the fillets must in butter and oil in a pan or on a frying pan. Take them from the heat.
Fry the chopped onion in frying butter and sampe. Remove it from the heat and mix in the chopped ham in conjunction with breadcrumbs egg whites and parsley. Season with salt & pepper.
Thaw butterdejspalderne. Roll them a bit thinner and place them easily taglagt on top of each other. Lay the fillets must together two and two with ham-mushroom mixture in between. Fold plates fillet around the meat. There are Neapolitan left over it can cut into sheets or strips and place over as garnish.
Brush with egg and put the wrapped Tenderloin in an ovenproof dish. Bake at 225 degrees c. alm. oven for 25 minutes.
