1.5tspCumin seeds
2Red Peppers cut into ½ cm. thick slices
2/3Apple vinegar
3tbspPlant oil
750gRed Potatoes, cut into ½ cm. thick slices

To prepare the Baked potatoes and red peppers with lemonade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C. Place potatoes and peppers in a pan. Mix vinegar, oil, cumin seeds, garlic, salt and pepper into a small bowl. Turn the mixture around the potatoes in the pan.

Bake potatoes and peppers for 25-30 minutes until they are tender. Turn them over and over again.

Serve them on lettuce leaves.
