Instructions for Baked pineapple
To prepare the Baked pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Cut all the peel away on the pineapple and cut three slices at the top. Put the fruit in a fireproof dish. If you use a large pineapple, it should be divided into four.
2. Slice chili and vanilla to length and cut into thin spells. Put the rods in the cuts on the pineapple.
3. Cut the yellow of the lemon of the lemon and put it in the dish. Stir the sugar over and pour the water into the dish.
4. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 1 hour until the fruit has softened. Be aware that the water does not evaporate during baking. If it does, pour some more water on it.

6. Pour the mixture over the baked pineapple and serve them with light whipped cream or stir ice.
tips:
TIP: Pull one of the top leaves on the pineapple. If it's easy, the fruit is ripe.
