Ingredients for Baked Creams Salmon

½tspCayenne pepper
½tspWhite pepper
½tspGarlic salt
½tspPaprika powder
1Tomato skinned and roughly chopped (½ ds. chopped tomatoes)
1tspDried dill
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
2stemsCelery, finely chopped
2dlFish broth (water + cube)
20gButter
200gGreen bell pepper, finely chopped
200gOnion, finely chopped
600gSalmon fillet without skin

Instructions for Baked Creams Salmon

To prepare the Baked Creams Salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grease an ovenproof dish with oil or butter, put the salmon fillets in it. Dip Worcestershire sauce over.

Mix the peppers, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and dill and sprinkle it on the salmon fillets. Put the dish aside.

Melt the butter on a frying pan and season onion, pepper and celery for 5 minutes.

Add the fish broth and tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the vegetable mixture over the salmon fillets and put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.

Freshly cooked rice or pasta is served.
