To prepare the Baked Applesauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apples sprinkled with sugar and tildækketet couple of hours, to the juices.
They boil tender in own juice and passed through a sieve. Æblemosen season with a little lemon peel, lemon juice or vanilli, possibly more sugar.
Eventually the stiftpiskede egg whites stirred in with light hand.
The Marsh is filled in the buttered gratinfad, bake approx. ½ hour at 180 °
