The daim pieces are broken. The yogurt ice is slightly thawed and Bailey is stirred in (as desired). The daim pieces are also mixed in the ice, which in turn is frozen. The ice cream is served. With chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries, a little whipped cream or crushed macaroons.
