Ingredients for Babies with cherries
Fresh or preserved cherries without stones | ||

1½ | dl | ROM or romessens |
15 | g | Yeast |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | dl | Water |
4 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Babies with cherries
To prepare the Babies with cherries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the milk to the fingers, add yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Add one egg at a time as well as sugar, salt and wheat flour. Stir the dough evenly and smoothly.
Bring soft grease into the clay and work it into the dough to make it straight. Set it for upright under a cloth for about 45 minutes.
Boil water and sugar together into a thick layer, allow to cool and then add a room.
Grease 10 small, round molds and fill the dough into the molds with a spoon so they become half filled. Let them rise for another 15 minutes.
Bake at 250 degrees C for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the cakes with a spoon while they are still hot and turn them out when they have sucked the dishes. Fill the hole with cherries.
