Instructions for Avocado with mushroom stuffing
To prepare the Avocado with mushroom stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Halvér avocado fruits and take the core out.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into very thin slices.
Mix wine vinegar, crushed garlic, oil, parsley and spices. Pour the dressing over the mushrooms, stuffing them in de halve avocados and set them cold for serving.
Serve with toasted bread or baguettes.
Tips:
Cook time: 15 min + 10 min for the marinade to pull
