To prepare the Autumn casserole m. Shine the lighter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Add the onions to the fat, then add curry and meat. Let it boil for a few minutes, add the vegetable recipe and the 3 dl. Water and flow.
Let the dish simmer for 20 minutes, add leeks and carrots and simmer for 10 minutes before it is ready for serving.
Serve with chopped potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice.
