Ingredients for Aunt's bread bread

1 | l | Wholemeal rye flour |
1 | l | Boiling water |
1 | dl | Oil |
1 | l | Rye flour |
2 | tbsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Quark or cream cheese |
5 | dl | Grahams |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Plain yogurt |
Instructions for Aunt's bread bread
To prepare the Aunt's bread bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
1 l. Rye flour with 1 liter of boiling water. Set to cool.
Then stir approx. ½ l. Yogurt natural. 25 g. Yeast. 2 tablespoons. Salt and 1l coarse rye flour. Tire with back piece and cover so it does not dry out. Let it rest approx. 36 hours v. Room temp.
Now add 1dl oil, 250g. Quark / fresh cheese ½l wheat flour ½ teaspoon crushed bowl and ½ liter grahamsmel.
Stir well together for a very stiff porridge.
Then spread it into molds for even bread. Press well into the molds and iron smooth with wet spatula. Then they are stuck deep and close to the fork.
Raised until the shape is almost full.
Bagetid 200gr. In 50 min with only under heat. Extremely around 30 min with both over and under heat.
Immediately pack in thick kitchen towels. After a couple of hours, the package is put in plastic bag and rests for the next day.
