To prepare the Asparagus with Parma ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack or cut the end of and blame the asparagus well. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water 1/2 minute.
Take them up and drop them off. Cut them over half and pack approx. 10 pieces of asparagus into each slice of parma ham to a small package.
Step the packets golden on a hot grill, a grill pan or a regular hot pan. On a pan it may be necessary to use 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Put the packets on the ruccola salad and decorate if necessary. The plate of ruccola oil and parmesan flakes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving.
