Instructions for Asparagus Pie
To prepare the Asparagus Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The two plates of butterdej are rolled out and put in a greased pie. Forbidden approx. 10 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Eggs, creme fraiche and some of the asparagus water are whipped together. Add asparagus and spice with white pepper. Pour the mixture onto the baked pie.
The last butter dough plate is rolled out and cut into strips laid in a nice lattice pattern.
Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
