Instructions for Apricot
To prepare the Apricot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the apricots into smaller pieces and put them in a thickened pot of lemon juice, sugar, orange juice and peel and possibly. Finely chopped ginger. Pour water until it covers and cook with low heat until the apricots are tender and until the water is absorbed. Try the consistency by getting some of the vegetables on a plate that is then cooled. Depending on the consistency of the porridge, water can be added or you can cook a little more. Tear the carrots, stir in and boil for a few more minutes. Season with lemon juice and sugar.
NB! If the apricots are very dry, they should be soaked a few hours before use. The soaking water is thrown away.
