Instructions for Apple Sorbet
To prepare the Apple Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bowl the apple juice into a low shape and style it in the freezer. Leave it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Whip egg whites to hard foam. You must be able to turn up and down the bowl without the egg whites running out. Stir the sugar in the egg whites. Mix the egg whites in the semi-frozen apple juice. Allow it to stand in the freezer for an additional 1-2 hours. Serve the sorbet in cold serving glasses and serve it immediately. It's easiest to use a spoon that you dip in hot water in between.
