175 | g | Butter |
2 | tbsp | Cream |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Almonds |
250 | g | Lay applesauce |
250 | g | Flour |
Instructions for Apple Ribbons
To prepare the Apple Ribbons recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop flour and butter together to grind a lot. Mix sugar in. Stir the yeast smoothly with the cream and put it in. Simply pour the dough well and put it cold approx. For ½ hour. Roll out the dough and pour it into medals. Put the medals together two and two with a teaspoon of apple sauce between them. However, brush the edge first with eggs and then squeeze the edges well together, using the teeth on a fork. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar and sliced almonds. Bake at 225 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
