1 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
1 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1.5 | tbsp | Cinnamon. Rod |
125 | g | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Honey liquid |
350 | g | Apples |
4 | tsp | Baking soda |
4.5 | dl | Whole milk |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Hazelnuts |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Apple muffins
To prepare the Apple muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and remove the core, chop them roughly. Warm the apple pieces with lemon, honey and cinnamon for 2 minutes. Do not boil for mash. Cool.
Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Whip the eggs, add milk and melted butter. Add chopped nuts to the dry ingredients and stir only until it is just mixed. Add the apples and nuts and mix them in the dough.
Lubricate a cup of muffin - pour the dough 3/4 into the mold.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven 25 - 30 minutes.
