Instructions for Apple jelly

To prepare the Apple jelly recipe, please follow these instructions:

The apples are washed. Stem and flower are removed, the apples are cut to pieces and boil until tender but not out.

The cooked apples hung to drain in a juice bag in a cool place for 24 hours.

The juice is measured up and 1 kg sugar/liter juice added. Let the juice boil 10-15 minutes until it is slightly pink.
