To prepare the Apple-Fig Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onion, Garlic, Ginger and chilli put in the hot oil until onions are clear, then add rest of ingredients, except the roasted pine nuts. There are cooked to the desired consistency. approx. 1 ½ hour. About 10 mins before chutneyen is finished, add the pine seeds.
Tips:
Used, of course, as far as it is available fresh Danish organic commodity, like from your own garden. (perhaps a little hard in this right) Important: remember to taste on the right all the way through the process, to correct to with div. kydderier, this gives just the right personal edition of chutneyen ...
