100gPine nuts-roasted
100gRaisins-chopped
15gGinger-fresh finely chopped
175gTomatoes in both if necessary. from canned

2Large cloves garlic

3-4Cinnamon sticks

Instructions for Apple-Fig Chutney

To prepare the Apple-Fig Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

Onion, Garlic, Ginger and chilli put in the hot oil until onions are clear, then add rest of ingredients, except the roasted pine nuts. There are cooked to the desired consistency. approx. 1 ½ hour. About 10 mins before chutneyen is finished, add the pine seeds.
