| 200 | g | Margarine |
| 200 | g | Sunflower kernels |
| 200 | g | Sugar (preferably cane sugar) |

Instructions for Apple Cake with sunflower seeds
To prepare the Apple Cake with sunflower seeds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apples peeled and cut into cubes. Be in a heat-proof platter and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Margarine is melted. Oatmeal, sunflower seeds and sugar mixed in. It all spread over apples.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 mins.
Served with sour cream or lun – like whipped cream.
