150 | g | Blueberries, fresh |

Instructions for Apple blueberry cake
To prepare the Apple blueberry cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar into a light egg snap. Add the flour mixed with the baking soda and the melted butter. Stir the dough thoroughly.
Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices and mix them with the sugar.
Butter a spring shape approx. 24 cm. In diameter and sprinkle them with a thin layer of rasp. Pour the dough into the mold. Place the apples close to the dough and sprinkle with the blueberries.
Back on middle shelf 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees C alm. oven.
Cool the cake a little before it is taken out of the mold.
Sprinkle the cake with flour and serve it with whipped cream.
