600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |

To prepare the Antoniusmørbrad a la Carl recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are cut in both and turned into oil and salt. Bake in oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 40 min.
The black bread is cut into medallions. Brunette on the forehead and put in a frying dish. 6 twigs the thyme comes along with calf broth and beer. Stir in oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 min.
Meanwhile, broccoli is cooked al dente.
The steaks are taken out and the sauce is sifted out and leveled. Season with salt and pepper. The rest of the thyme is chopped fine and sprinkled over the dish.
