2 | dl | Whole milk |
3 | tsp | Paprika, edelsuss |
30 | g | Margarine |
400 | g | Onion |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Sausages |
70 | g | Tomato puree. concentrated |
Instructions for Annis Sausage
To prepare the Annis Sausage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Arrow and chop the bulbs, cut the sausages out.
Brown the grease, season the bulbs, add sausages and peppers. Shrink the heat.
Then add the potatoes in slices, tomato puree and milk, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min.
Add cream, cook again 5 min.
Sprinkle the garlic and serve.
tips:
It's up to yourself how much cream you come in. You can easily use milk to replace the cream. But it does not get the strong taste that would otherwise come from it.
