To prepare the Amos chocolate cake with buttermilk recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bøldgøres butter and stir well with sugar to a homogeneous mass, after which the eggs added one at a time. The remaining ingredients sifted together with the flour and stir it all into a uniform mass.

Pour into a greased baking pan ca. 23x33 cm. bake on the oven bottom rill at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 20 minutes.
