170 | g | Butter |

2 | g | Bicarbonate of soda |
220 | g | Muscovado, dark |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
Instructions for American chocolate chip cookies (biscuits)
To prepare the American chocolate chip cookies (biscuits) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the dark sugar into a bowl. Check for lumps, since it tends to hard lumps. Add the alm. sugar and butter, and mix everything well together.
Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk it together until it is "fluffy".
Mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda in a little at a time.
Finally add the chopped chocolate and knead it in with your fingers.
Roll the dough into balls that size is a cross between a walnut and a golf ball. CA. 9 paragraphs on a baking sheet.
Bake at 165 gr (hot air) in about 15 mins. Let cool well by afterwards.
Tips:
Usually use even Toms gold bar chocolate, and it can be recommended. It can also recommend using half flour, half-desiccated coconut. It'll just be mentioned that so will be approximately 40 PCs. enjoy
