125gButter
150gOrdinary biscuits (URf.eks Shortcake biscuit or digestive)
200gPure chocolate
30gPeeled almonds (may be omitted)
60gPistachio nuts (may be omitted)
60gRaisins (may be omitted)
90gRed cocktail cherries (may be omitted)

Instructions for American biscuit cake

To prepare the American biscuit cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dress a baking sheet with a film so it is fully covered.

Cut the chocolate into pieces and add butter and syrup.
Put the bowl over a saucepan with tiny water and gently melt the contents.

Half the cocktail arms and break the biscuits into small pieces. The smaller pieces you break the biscuits in, the smoother becomes your biscuit cake.

Take the chocolate mixture of heat, let it cool a little and stir the biscuits, cocktail berries, nuts and raisins.

Pour the mixture into a baking mold and press it together with the back of a spoon. Cover it loosely with extra foil and refrigerate for 2 hours to stiffen.

Gently turn the baking on the head of a cutting board. Remove the baking and remove the cake from the foil. Leave it to stand for a few minutes and then cut it into slices.
