1.5 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Cracked rye kernels |
200 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Boiling water |
Instructions for Alpine bread
To prepare the Alpine bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boiling water, rye kernels, rye flour and ymer is stirred together. The yeast friable in conjunction with salt and sugar. The bowl is covered with aluminum foil or film, and dough made withdrawals in a warm place about 2 hours.
