Olive oil
Water
2Onion, finely chopped
2Bell Pepper, diced
4tspAfrican five spice (can be purchased ready-mixed in some places)
4cloveGarlic, finely chopped
4Leeks, cut into rings
500gBulgur

Instructions for African spicy bulgur

To prepare the African spicy bulgur recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the bulgus in leachate water for 5-6 minutes and let it dry off.

Heat the oil, sprinkle onion, garlic and spice mixture. Add leeks and peppers and possibly. A little water if it is burning.

Add the bulgus and possibly. More water (not so much it will be a boil but enough for it to not burn) and stirring constantly for 5-8 minutes.

Can be served as a vegetarian dish with bread or as an accompaniment to a meat.
