2tspAcacia honey
2dlOatmeal
2tbspOlive oil
2tspSalt
3dl3-kornsblanding
3dlMilk
5dlWater
50gYeast
500gRough ciabattamel
600gWheat flour

Instructions for 3-grain buns

To prepare the 3-grain buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

The 3-grain mixture is boiled for approx. 2 dl. Water (of 5 dl.) With gentle heat for 4 minutes. Mix the mixture in a bowl with milk, the rest of the water, honey and oil. After cooling (for hand-held) the yeast is mixed.
Both types of flour are mixed with oats and salt. The "flour" mixture is gradually stirred in the liquid.

Raise time: 1 hour. Repeal 30 min.

Cooking time: 20 min. At 200ยบ

The dough must be very sticky otherwise the finished bowls will dry after cooling.
