Artichokes with vinegrette sauce (microwave)

Turn the stem as close to the bottom as possible and cut the bottom smoothly. Cut the tips off and remove the bottom coarse leaves. Blame artichoke well and way it. Microwave at 900 watt microwaves for 10 min. See other cooking times for larger or smaller port
