Apples and scallops in shrimpberry juice

Peel the apples and chop the core houses. Cut the apples into centimeters of rings. Bring 2 dl shrimpberry juice in a boil with half of lemon juice. Put the apples in, let the juice boil and remove the pot from the heat. Let the apples cool and pull the juice.
