Recipes with Espresso
Must be prepared the day before it is served :-)
The egg yolks are whipped with flour on egg yolk.
Mix in the mascarpone.
Whip floats are whipped.
Same with egg whites until they are stiff.
Whipped cream and egg whites are reversed in the mascarpo
This is an ideal way to use some popular syrups in a large latte. Preheat the cups, favor the syrups and add as the fresh espresso and hot milk and foam.
Warm liqueur, add brown sugar, fill up with espresso and top off with whipped cream. Breakfast is served in a glass on foot.
BREW espresso coffee and cool it to the refrigerator cold.
blend or whisk eggs and sugar together then add the good coffee, milk and ice and blend
Server in the glass and garnish with cocoa powder
Fill tall glasses with crushed ice (or coffee-ice particles) and add the espresso, coffee, cream and vanilla. Stir well and serve. The drink may be sweetened with brown sugar or chocolate syrup to get a Mocha flavor. Add a little vanilla ice cream and you have

com 40-50 ml of espresso coffee into a cup (150 ml cappuccino Cup), add the hot milk, top up with milk foam and sprinkle a little cocoa powder on the top.
