Instructions for Zimtstangen
To prepare the Zimtstangen recipe, please follow these instructions:
All ingredients are blended to a smooth dough as one then let rest overnight. (Preferably covered with a cloth, but outside of the fridge).
The next day you can then shape dough into sticks or letters or the like. It brushes with egg white and bake at medium heat for the bread is light brown. (approx. 180 degrees for about 30 minutes)
