Whip egg yolks with sugar, honey and lemon peel. Sprinkle the juice in. Blend the husblas in ice cold water for 4-5 minutes. Turn the water off. Overlap it with ¾ dl. Spill boiling water, stir so that it dissolves. Pour into the egg yolk at once. Stir the yogurt in. Whip the cream to the foam and turn it into the oven immediately. Fill it in a bowl and style cold. Server with sliced strawberries.
