To prepare the Yoghurt fromage with fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the yogurt into a large bowl. Place the house block soft in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle egg whites to hard foam, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and whip for a moment. Mix honey and orange peel in the yogurt. Gently wrap the egg white foam. Squeeze the house sheet well, place it in a bowl and melt it to a viscous mass of about 10 seconds in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat. Mix the house blossom with the yogurt. Pour the dough into a nice bowl and leave it cold for at least 4 hours. Peel the kiwi and banana and cut the fruit into smaller pieces. Divide the grapes, remove all the kernels and chop the grapes in quarters. Mix all the fruit with the rest of the sugar and serve it for the day off.
