0.5Carrot (50 g)
1glassBonduelle gourmet mushroom mini (185 g)
1tbspYellow curry paste
1bundleCoriander
1Lime
1Red Pepper (200 g)
1tbspSesame oil
2tbspFish sauce
2Spring onions (60 g)
2cloveGarlic
2Chicken breast filet'er (300 g)
2tbspSoy
250gNoodles
3tbspOyster sauce
45gSalted Cashews

Instructions for Wok with noodles, mushrooms and chicken

To prepare the Wok with noodles, mushrooms and chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook noodles as directed on the package.
Cut red pepper and carrot into thin strips.
Heat sesame oil in a wok with yellow curry paste and garlic.
Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin slices and put them in the wok together with Bonduelle Gourmet Champignon, Mini. Step it until the chicken is cooked.
Add fish sauce and vegetables. Step it all with stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Add noodles, oyster sauce and soy and mix well together.

Sprinkle chopped onions, cashew nuts and coriander over the wok dish and server with limousines.

I was contacted by a sweet Pr lady in connection with my food blog, where she would tell about Bonduelle's new Gourmet Mushroom on glass. They are very good and can be recommended, although I have never been so fond of vegetables on glass.
