Instructions for Winter salad with Arabic roots
To prepare the Winter salad with Arabic roots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil bulgur and squeezed garlic with 2½ dl. Water for 15 minutes and allow to cool to warm condition.
While bulgur is boiled and cooled, the rest of the salad can be cooked.
Peel the carrots and cut them into small terns.
Peel the oranges and cut them into fillets.
Red onions, almonds, mint and parsley chopped.
When the bulgus has cooled down a little bit, the chopped parts come in.
Half the pomegranate, and pour the juice and grains over the salad.
Finally, the feta cheese is crumbled and seasoned with salt and pepper.
tips:
Feta cheese can be replaced with 50 grams of olives. I prefer to spend ½ dl. Olive oil per 2 dl. Bulgur, because I think bulgur quickly becomes a bit dry. The salad is delicious in itself, but otherwise fish and chicken will also be delicious as well as naan bread.
