To prepare the Wine soup and ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rye with ribs and cinnamon, add sprouts, raisins and currants, add red wine (possibly a little cognac), add slices of lemon and season with sugar.
Ham and pork boil and cut into thin slices, served with creamy potatoes and mustard, eaten with the wine soup.
