Instructions for Whole fish and herbs in the microwave
To prepare the Whole fish and herbs in the microwave recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the slices into thin slices and fennel, carrots and peppers in small pieces. Put them in a dish covered with plastic foil (for microwave oven) or a lid. Give the vegetables full power in the microwave for 3-5 minutes until they are almost tender.
Cut the halibut into 5 cm thick slices and put the pieces on the steamed vegetables. Make the citrus sauce by squeezing the lemon juice. Mix the margarine, flour and fish broth in a thickened pot and bring to a boil under whipping. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over vegetables and fish and put the dish in the microwave at full power for approx. 10 minutes.
Serve the rice.
