1Turkey on 4.6 kg
100gBacon, diced
100gCrumbled white bread without crust
2Packages bacon sliced
2-3tbspMinced parsley
5dlBroth
50gButter
7.5dlWhipped cream
90gDried cranberries, cherries and/or blueberries

Instructions for Whole cream turkey with bacon

To prepare the Whole cream turkey with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove the turkey from the turkey and rinse well.
Sprinkle it with salt on the outside.
Mix breadcrumbs, bacontern, berries and parsley in a bowl.
Stir whipped cream, salt and pepper into the mixture.
Pump the mixture into the turkey and close with the meatballs.
Place the turkey with your chest down on a grate.
Put a frying pan with broth under the grate.
Step the turkey for 2 hours at 170 degrees (ordinary oven) and regularly sprinkle broth over the turkey.
After 2 hours turn the turkey with the breast upwards, bacon slices laid over the chest and the turkey is roasted for another 1½ hour (still drip with broth).
Take the turkey out of the oven, pack it in silver paper and let it rest for 20 minutes before it is cut and served.
