To prepare the White wine steamed turbot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Filetér turbot and place it on a greased pan. Pour the white wine over to the bottom is covered, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover it all with tin foil and steam fish over low flame. Do not remove the skin of the fish is finished!
