Instructions for Whiskey Sauce
To prepare the Whiskey Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted in a small thick pot with the tomato paste.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and rosemary and cook a little so that the sugar is allowed to caramelize a little.
Whiskey Chivas Regal 12-year (or equivalent) is poured and a similar quantity is taken to the chef.
The whip flow is poured and everything boils up briefly.
