To prepare the Weekend Schnitzel with cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Schnitzlerne browns approx. 2 min. On each side at high heat.
Place them in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. On top of each schnitzel put a slice of ham, 2-3 tomato slices and a slice of cheese.
Stir the dish in a 200 degree hot oven until the cheese starts to take color.
Can be served with green salad and flutes and / or rice.
