Instructions for (Vitello Tonnato)
To prepare the (Vitello Tonnato) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven up to 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Brown the meat on the forehead in butter and oil. Dispose of the fat. Season the browned rose with salt and pepper and place it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. When using a thermometer, the center temperature should be around 60 degrees.
tuna sauce:
Bowl, capers, anchovy fillets, lemon juice and olive oil in a blender and blend it together. Sprinkle if necessary. With a little cold water, the mixture achieves a suitable creamy consistency. Season with a little pepper.
Tomato Salad:
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Clean and cut the spring bulbs very well and bring tomatoes and onion in a bowl. Make a dressing of oil, sherry vinegar and mustard. Bring the black olives and season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with coarsely chopped basil leaves and pour over tomatoes and spring onions in the bowl. Gently stir.
Eat bread for the right.
tips:
It can also be used, for example. Calf thighs, but then the meat must be lined with cotton cord for a nice step.
