The pasta is boiled in leachate water and the water is poured out.
The pears are cut into thin slices, the peppers in thin strips, the tomatoes are halved, the china cabbage is shredded and the leaf celery cut into small pieces.
The wok is heated over high heat and the oil is added. Stir-fry garlic and walnuts for 30 seconds and pick them up.
