500 | g | Real beef, shoulder, lump |

Instructions for Vegetable pot with beef
To prepare the Vegetable pot with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the meat in a saucepan and pour water so it is just covered. Bring in boil, foam and add salt. Let it boil approx. 45 minutes.
Cut over the peeled potatoes in big tern. Free the peppers for seeds and seeds and cut them into big terns. Flake the tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
Bring the potatoes to the pot and cook with the meat for another half an hour. Add the peppers and tomatoes and cook ready approx. 10 minutes yet. The meat must boil for 1½ hours.
Take the meat and cut it in nice slices. Season the vegetable mixture with salt, pepper and peppers. Put the meat in a half-deep dish and pour the vegetable mixture over. Flutes can be served to.
