To prepare the Veal roll spit on grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
4 saté or barbecue skewer, if you use satéspid then put them in the water a few hours before you need them. This avoids that they burn.
Start by making a layer of olive oil, the chopped parsley, lemon juice, the pressed garlic cloves, oregano, salt and pepper.
Veal slices battered quite thin with these events or a hand. Put raisins, cheese and pine nuts, and salt and pepper on calves the discs. Roll the slices together and set three rollers on each tip. Flip the rollers in the breadcrumbs. Calves rollers grilling 5 minutes on each side, brush it occasionally with the marinade.
