Instructions for Valnøddechokoladekage
To prepare the Valnøddechokoladekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
To the bottoms, stir the egg yolks with flour and add the fried chocolate and chopped walnuts. Whites whip stiff and turn in. The dough comes in a spring shape and baked at 180 degrees for approx. 50 min. Try a needle if the cake is pierced. To cream the chocolate is melted in a water bath, cooled to room temperature and stirred evenly with the soft butter. Egg yolks, sugar, Nescafé and rum are whipped over a water bath, taken off the heat and whipped in cold water until it is cooled. Turn the chocolate butter into the egg yolk and stir until it is even. Divide the cold cake into 3 bottles. Distribute half of the cream between the bottoms and decorate with the remaining.
