Instructions for Tzatziki (II)
To prepare the Tzatziki (II) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yoghurt is poured into a coffee filter and afdryppes 2-3 hours.
The cucumber peeled, cut through the middle and the kernels removed. The cucumber rives on the coarse iron and sprinkled with salt-must pull in good 15-20 my.
The rest of the ingredients are mixed. The cucumber thoroughly rinsed of salt and mix in.
