Instructions for Tusindbøf
To prepare the Tusindbøf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the meat in oil, chop the onions and slice the bacon finely and fry it with at the end. Cut the white cabbage and dried tomatoes into fine cubes and add them to the meat and onions at the same time that lulled the heat. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and a few cups of water and boil right in approximately 1/2 hours. By then long term treatment of the cabbage starts to provoke some interesting chemical compounds from the cabbage, which is extremely good for the dried tomatoes. Serve with cooked spaghetti.
