To prepare the Turtle cupcakes with turtle frosting recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Sprinkle egg, sugar and vanilla sugar to an airy mass.
Add oil and buttermilk and stir well.
Pour baking soda, flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and stir.
Melt the turtles and turn them around in the dough.
Pour the dough into molds and baking the cakes for 25 minutes in a 180 degree hot oven (regular oven).

Frosting: Whip butter and flour together.
Add (cocoa) milk.
Melt the turtle and stir it in the mixture.
